2. No Guarantee of Recovery

5. Fees and Payments

Service fees are calculated based on the complexity of the investigation and will be outlined in a separate Engagement Agreement. All fees are non-refundable once investigative work has commenced, regardless of the outcome.

6. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, investigative tools, reports, and content generated by Guardian Adam remain the exclusive intellectual property of the firm. Clients are granted a limited license to use reports for personal or legal purposes.
